Assist customers, via telephone or walk-in customers, with new or renewed Occupational Licenses matters. Issue annual renewal of Occupational Licenses. Responsible for the collection of Occupational License fees, penalties and interest, if applicable. Scans, saves to network and files all department documents. Records all deposits on a daily basis, including bank deposits, credit card deposits and ACH deposits.
