Overview: A key member of the accounting group, working directly with management in a fast-paced, private equity backed healthcare company. You will be responsible for recording journal entries; preparing balance sheet reconciliations; analyzing monthly financial statements and ad hoc analysis. Other responsibilities will be to assist on special projects that drive efficiency and accuracy in the preparation of financial statements. Excel experience is required, including the use of xlookup and pivot tables. Responsibilities: Prepare and compile journal entries from various sources such as Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, lease administration software, etc. Record all fixed asset transactions (acquisition, disposal, transfer, etc) in the subledger and record monthly depreciation.
