Acting as the primary point-of-contact for all automotive service matters, he or she must thoroughly understand the customer's problems to set and manage expectations and provide world-class service. The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED, some post-secondary automotive training, and a minimum of one year of dealer-level or large facility experience.
