Communication between shifts could be better. I've been with this manufacturing company for over five years, and it's been an incredibly rewarding journey. Their support made me a better, more efficient employee over time. Good for those who prefer defined routines over constant interaction. Managers are fair, listen well, and promote internally when possible.

Advancement is possible but requires persistence. There’s not a lot of room for open discussion unless you ask directly. Cross-functional collaboration is encouraged, providing exposure to different aspects of the business. Overall, it’s fine, but nothing really stands out either way. I’ve stayed because the culture values hard work, but doesn’t burn you out. There’s a real effort to maintain a respectful and inclusive workplace. Management follows protocol, but there’s limited innovation unless upper leadership initiates change.
