We’re partnering with a leading consulting firm in search of an experienced Executive/Legal Assistant to support senior-level Partners in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a temp-to-hire role with long-term potential for the right candidate. The ideal candidate has a strong background supporting senior leadership within a law firm or investment/consulting company, and excels in high-level administrative support, calendaring, client service, and case management. Key Responsibilities: Provide dedicated executive-level and case support to multiple Partners. Manage complex calendars and coordinate internal/external meetings. Arrange domestic and international travel, monitor itineraries, and manage changes in real time. Support client invoicing: edit, finalize, and track billing in coordination with the billing team. Handle expense reports, time entry, and contact management. Prepare and proofread a wide range of documents and correspondence. Coordinate internal/external events
