We are a brewery that offers hand crafted beers and cocktails, as well as amazing dishes from our scratch kitchen. We have an expansive restaurant that includes several courtyards and a rooftop bar with a stage where we host live music on every weekend. We are also a bird sanctuary, so we have exotic birds located throughout our courtyard and beer garden. Responsibilities for this job includes the ability to work in a high volume setting for day, mid and night shifts. Our rooftop bar can turn into more of a nightclub after the kitchen closes on the weekends, which requires experienced bartenders who can multi-task and keep up with the pace of the tickets in the well and/or walk up customers.
