Responsible to assure the Repair Station Quality System meets the company quality standards and applicable government regulations associated with activities involving 14 CFR 145 and EASA 145. Responsible for the development, implementation and continued improvement of the quality system through the application of aerospace quality assurance techniques and methodologies in a Repair Station environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Establish, maintain and optimize an effective Repair Station quality assurance/management system. Implement appropriate quality assurance processes to ensure the quality of incoming/outgoing products and reduce product rejections. Work with internal and external customers, suppliers and regulatory representatives to effectively communicate the MDH Repair Station quality system requirements and resolve any discovered system or product conflicts. Maintain an effective corrective action system to analyze and correct nonconforming conditions.
