The position is responsible for transporting medical items from one location to another per our customers request. This includes loading items into vehicle, driving to a specified destination, and unloading items per company procedures. Additionally, couriers are responsible for properly maintaining all the items while in their possession. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned or requested: Drives personal vehicle to transport medical items including specimen, supplies, and sensitive and confidential documents. Scans all locations and reports to Dispatchers when locations are missing barcodes. Maintains a level of 98% or greater on location scanning on routes. Notifies Dispatching team if route times are not attainable or if customers are requesting different times than what is in NextStop. Assists with training new hires when needed.
