These individuals work at Castner Riding Arena under the guidance of the Equine Director BJ (Betty Jo) Stoppelmoor. BJ is a UW-River Falls graduate with 20+ years of experience in the equine industry. Wrangler horse staff need to have a good working knowledge of how to handle horses and the equipment and proficiently ride at a walk, trot and lope. The duties of this position include: Assisting in horse day and overnight camps for our younger equine enthusiasts. Assisting with riding or therapeutic experiences for our programs for disabilities and military. Trail rides and pony rides for the public.
