Mefab was established in 1989 as a small factory (Modern East Fabrication & Engineering LLC, Rashidiyah) in Dubai with eight employees. Now Mefab group has around 230 employees and two factories located in Rashidiyah and Jebel Ali. Mefab was catering to the construction and industrial sector in the beginning and later diversified into the Oil and Gas and Construction Sector. To cater to our customer needs we opened a new factory, Modest Metal Structure in 1997 in Al Quoz Industrial area. To upgrade our facilities to international standards we attained ISO 9000 certification in 2003 for Modern East. In 2006 we were certified for ASME U stamp for building pressure vessels. As Mefab grew with Dubai's tremendous growth we opened another facility with a better infrastructure to cater to the middle east market in 2009. This facility is ISO 9001:2008 certified, ASME U and National Board R certified for building and for repairing pressure vessels.
