Summary The Bartender is responsible for serving our guests at our bar, checking ID's and monitoring the cash drawer. They will make drinks, suggestively up-sell food items or higher end liquor, and promote drink/beer specials. They are also responsible for accurate pouring of alcohol into drinks and serving guests with a exceptional level of service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned Use sales techniques to increase revenues from alcohol and upselling concession items at the bar. Prepare alcoholic beverages for guests and servers.
