Position Overview We have an opportunity for a PhD-level immunologist with a strong background in biologics discovery and industry project leadership. The Senior Scientist will report directly to the Head of Biology and work closely with the Fortitude Biomedicines team. As the project leader for one of our discovery programs, the successful candidate will oversee research activities, manage collaborations with CROs and vendors, and guide the program toward Development Candidate (DC) selection. In the future, the candidate will also have the opportunity to supervise junior scientists and contribute directly from the bench when the company establishes laboratory operations in the greater Boston area.
