The Lincoln Hancock Restoration Project Superintendent provides a key role in the Construction Department and is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all assigned restoration projects. This project is in the barrier islands in Longboat Key, Florida and will last approximately 1 to 1 1/2 years with the potential to move into a broader US traveling superintendent role at completion. The position will serve as the eyes and ears for projects. The position is entirely field based and will work from the jobsite. The duties will include but are not limited to: Quality Control - Daily monitoring and supervision of subcontractors' performance to ensure work is being performed correctly, including demolition clean-up.
