A midsize Miami law firm is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 5+ years experience working on corporate formations, governance, corporate contracts, and light M&A for their Miami office. Candidates should be licensed in the State of Florida and have at least 5 years experience in corporate law. Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required. The Firm has ancillary/complementary practice groups and therefore no book of business is required. This role would serve as Co-Chair of the corporate group. The Firm pays for 100% of health insurance for the employee, offers a 401K with matching, unlimited PTO, a reasonable billable requirement (1750), and a collaborative and team-oriented culture.
