Responsibilities / Tasks Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments for inbound and outbound freight, including shipments with hazmat. Ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT), International Air Transport Association (IATA), International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) and other relevant regulations regarding the safe handling and shipping of hazardous materials. Track On-Time Pick-Up (OTP) and On-Time Delivery (OTD). Notify dealers of delivery appointments and solicit feedback on shipments to improve service. Collaborate with other sites to manage stock transfer orders efficiently. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via e-mail and phone while providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly. Coordinate international shipments, completing all required documentation and ensuring timely pick-up.
