Management is approachable and genuinely listens to employee feedback, making improvements based on our input. I enjoy the sense of accomplishment that comes from working with well-organized systems and a team that genuinely wants to succeed together. Management checks in occasionally but doesn’t offer much feedback. Management truly listens to worker feedback - many of our process improvement suggestions get implemented. The job is straightforward with little need for supervision.
