Payroll Administrator Human Resources Department Part-Time; Hybrid (Non-exempt) Norwalk, CT, US OVERVIEW The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for exempt, non-exempt, part-time, full-time, and temporary employees across multiple business entities. This role ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations while maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records. The position involves preparing payroll reports, addressing employee inquiries, and collaborating closely with the HR and Accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations. Additional responsibilities include managing direct deposit setups, wage garnishments, tax filings, benefit and time off system administration, and supporting year-end processing, such as W-2, 1095s, and tax form preparation. Job Summary Process is responsible for ensuring the proper process conditions are issued to manufacturing, alerts the manufacturing team to process deviations, and updates the database with changes in process conditions. The Process Specialist is a participant on the manufacturing team that helps develop manufacturing trials, responsible for troubleshooting and process set-ups. Essential Functions Provides manufacturing operations support and basic technical expertise. Ensures manufacturing processes are being optimized with regards to quality and throughput rates.
