Job Description Job Description Service technicians are responsible for assisting lead technician on repair, service and refurbishment projects and other responsibilities as follows but no limited to: - Time management to complete projects within scheduled timeframe and allotted hours - Coordinate with Services manager and Lead technicians on schedule - Complete service and repair work in a timely manner at the highest customer service - Travel to job sites and site meetings as required within the state of Texas - Acquire signoffs and customer approval after completion of the job Job requirements: - Ability to work from heights using lifts and ladders - Ability to travel and stay out of town up to 5 consecutive days at a time - Ability and knowledge to use hand and power tools - General Construction knowledge - Mechanically inclined and problem-solving skills - Written and oral communication - Lift push and pull 75lbs and occasionally lift and push 100lbs + - Provide own reliable trans

Job Description Job Description We are currently hiring Lead Cable Technicians with 3+ years of experience in a Commercial environment. Candidates are encouraged to apply ASAP as we have an immediate need in Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Lead Cable Technician Duties: Lead small and large crews from start to finish Pulling and routing CAT 5 or CAT 6 cable in a new construction industrial environment Terminating phone jacks and dressing and terminating distribution frames (66 or 110 blocks, patch panels) Installing support structures (ladders, racks, j-hooks) Dress and Terminate Patch Panels Troubleshoot to identify cable failures, terminate, and test (copper/fiber) Qualifications: Familiarity with BICSI, EIA, TIA, or NEC Standards Experience with duct bank, running or bending conduit, with digital multi-meters, and testing cable Troubleshooting networking issues Rack and stack work, closet work, putting together server racks, patch panels Fiber experiences including Anaerobic Termination
