Job Description: senior business Analyst is needed to work on the Enterprise Data Warehouse Project, which will replace the existing data warehouse platform with a vendor-hosted SaaS platform. s part of the Data Exchange Program, the Enterprise Data Warehouse Modernization Project will fulfill one of the top priorities of the Commonwealth's behavioral health strategic plan, which is to deliver a transactional and secure statewide data exchange for behavioral health data. This position will be the business analyst focusing on the transition of an existing SQL Server-based data warehouse (on-prem) to an external vendor-delivered SaaS solution. This project includes working with the vendor to build integrations with source systems and implement the Master Patient Index. This position will coordinate extensively with Client and partner stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and collect and analyze data to be used internally and exchanged between clients and partners.
