Description POSITION SUMMARY The Behavior Specialist Assistant-Residential is responsible to evaluate behavioral issues, assist with the development and implementation of behavior plans, complete required documentation, furnish data for psychiatric consults, develop and implement in-service training, assist in educating treatment team members and participate in Agency activities. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), role responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Evaluate behavioral issues for all individuals in one or more IRA. Assist in developing and implementing individual behavior plans and on-going services through consultation with staff, evaluation of data, and observation of behavior problems.
