Works under the supervision of the Dietary Supervisor. The list demonstrates the knowledge, skill, and/or ability needed to be a Dietary Aide. This list is not a complete list of duties and requirements of the Dietary Aide. Work with the facility's dietician as necessary and implement recommended changes as required. Assure that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science or related field required. (Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement).Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Health Administration (MHA) preferred. Experience: Required 2 years of progressively responsible professional experience in financial and operations analysis. Three years experience preferred. Prior experience within the Healthcare industry working with hospital operations, physicians and analysts required. Prior experience with 340B and/or hospital accounting preferred.
