SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES: To assist the plant manager in maintaining safety, security, cleanliness and appearance of the physical plant. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Maintain cleanliness of halls and entrances. Cleans walls and windows. Check dressing rooms. Cleans classroom units as specified in accordance with working schedule and minimum cleaning schedule specific school needs. Be responsive to coordinator, plant manager and/or assistant custodian where appropriate. Perform all other duties as required by the plant manager or Coordinator of Maintenance & Custodial Services. WORK ENVIRONMENT/HOURS WORKED: All weather conditions, winter and summer. Employee is expected to provide and wear appropriate clothing for conditions of the day.
