Job Description Job Description Job Overview: ATD Central Iowa Chapter is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with manufacturing experience and a proven track record of continuous improvement. The HR Generalist will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of HR operations, including employee relations, training and development, recruiting, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will be able to balance working independently and collaborating with the local and corporate HR teams. This full-time opportunity will be at our Houston Spenwick facility and report to the Contractor Solutions Human Resources Manager in Houston, Texas. This hybrid role will require an office presence for four days on-site at our facility during regular business hours. The HR Generalist will also support other domestic operations as needed.
