Job Description: We are actively seeking an enthusiastic scientist interested in playing a pivotal role in our newly formed AI arm (Pledge-AI), a startup under the Pledge Biosciences umbrella, developing cutting-edge generative AI applications for drug discovery. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in computational drug design as well as the development of AI/ML models. This position will also include compound database management for internal programs, guided small molecule drug design, and CRO management. The successful candidate will be embedded in the Pledge-AI group, working closely with the Lead AI Developer to improve our internal models and develop the next generation of our technology.
