You clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots, and are also responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness of the dish room, dish machine, and storage areas. We look forward to speaking with you about this opportunity and what you can bring to the team! Duties Operate and maintain dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications. Ensure the dishwashing machine is well maintained and calibrated to comply with sanitation codes. Check and refill sanitation bucket on the cooking line. Clean and sanitize the dish machine at the end of a shift. Be punctual and on time. Other duties as assigned Requirements Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
