Job Summary: The Grant Specialist is a critical member of the philanthropy team at the Upstate Foundation. This position will play a direct role in helping to support the Upstate Foundation's Mission to receive and administer gifts for charitable purposes with a focus on patient care, education, research, and community health and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Prepare well-written grant proposals and other correspondences under supervision of the Director of Grant Management. Strive to build long-term relationships with current and prospective grant funders and create meaningful ways to engage with the work of Upstate.
