The Medical Laboratory Scientist will engage in advanced sample processing, microbiology, equipment uses, maintenance, troubleshooting, submission of quality control data, and point tech duties, including data form creation and review. The Medical Laboratory Scientist will refine skills in the areas of attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication as they begin to mentor and train Medical Laboratory Technicians.
