The Position As an important part of the Food & Beverage team, our Hosts/Hostesses are friendly and attentive professionals who strive to delight our members and guests by: Greeting and Seating: Greeting all members and guests with a smile and positive attitude Managing reservations and walk-ins efficiently Escorting guests to their tables, ensuring they are comfortable and satisfied with their seating arrangements Service and Community Building: Consistently demonstrating a professional, resilient, and optimistic attitude Inspiring a sense of community and providing personal attention to all members and guests Attending to the food and beverage needs of our members and guests, ensuring timely service Maintaining Standards: Maintaining clean and sanitary caf areas to promote a safe and enjoyable member experience Ensuring all dining and lounge areas are tidy and well-organize
