Job Description Job Description RIDGEVIEW, a not-for-profit community mental health center, is seeking a Rural Fatherhood Program Coordinator to lead the launch of this new grant-based program designed to equip fathers with the on-the-ground tools, guidance, and support they need to be effective and nurturing parents. We intend for this role to be based at our main location in Oak Ridge, TN, but are open to candidates who would prefer to be based at one of our other outpatient locations. For unlicensed staff, supervision is provided for paths leading to LCSW or LPC-MHSP.
