This full-time position involves operating large farm equipment and driving a semi-tractor with hopper trailers. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various types of agricultural machinery and be comfortable driving large trucks for transportation purposes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for agriculture. Responsibilities: Operate large farm equipment, including tractors, combines, and other machinery. Safely drive and maintain semi-tractors with hopper trailers for transporting agricultural products. Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment and ensure all machinery is in good working order. JOB DESCRIPTION (Key Responsibilities) Provides gauge setting function for the plant by, reviewing prints for limitations and specifications, selects and distributes standards, sets up gauges as required, and verifies or makes new standards ad required, cleans gauges and notifies chief gauge setter of need for major repairs. Performs component dimension, roundness etc., and profile tracings of components. Interprets results. Dealing efficiently with co-workers, suppliers, supervisors, staff department heads, and personnel in other plants in the bearing division. Maintain I, M & TE records for verification and performs calibration of all I, M & TE equipment. Develops and writes procedures as and updates calibration manual as needed.
