The Quality Control Inspector ensures compliance with quality standards for electronic components, sheet metal fabrications, printed circuit boards, and hardware. This role is essential in maintaining product integrity through inspections, testing, and collaboration with internal teams. Responsibilities: - Inspect first article, incoming, in-process, and final products for compliance with IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC J-STD-001 standards, customer specifications, assembly drawings, and BOM requirements. - Conduct Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) to detect SMT paste, component placement, and solder joint defects accurately. - Perform visual and measurement tests to verify product quality. - Document and communicate non-conforming items through corrective action, scrap, and non-conformance reports promptly. - Maintain accurate inspection records and generate required quality documentation. - Conduct internal audits of manufacturing processes under the guidance of the Quality Manager.
