Position Description: The Corporate Counsel is a member of the Risk Management and Legal team reporting to the Chief Risk & Legal Officer (CRLO). The Corporate Counsel assists the CRLO and the General Counsel (GC), and coordinates with the Senior Corporate Risk and Contract Manager (SCRCM), in addressing risk and legal issues at the corporate, subsidiary and project levels as well as assisting with the management and advising of the BOND Companies (collectively referred to herein as "the Company") on all risk management and legal matters, significant project-based claims and disputes, and corporate governance matters.
