Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position requires expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, door and hardware repairs, snow removal, and basic computer skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs to ensure our facilities remain in excellent condition year-round. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, wiring, outlets, and lighting fixtures. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, faucets, toilets, and drains. Conduct HVAC maintenance and minor repairs, including filter replacements and troubleshooting. Perform carpentry work, such as framing, drywall repairs, and cabinet installations. Repair and install flooring, including tile, carpet, and vinyl. Replace and repair doors
