Position Summary The CUB General Counsel (GC) provides public interest legal advocacy on behalf of Wisconsin public utility customers, serving as CUBs counsel of record in administrative proceedings before the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSCW) and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and in state and federal courts. Responsibilities include identifying legal and policy issues in utility applications and analyzing such issues; representing CUB in rate cases and other proceedings, including undertaking discovery, preparing motions, writing briefs, and appearing for CUB at hearings; and providing legal counsel on CUB operational issues to the Executive Director and the CUB Board of Directors.
