The position involves: Independent lab work, with respiratory and hot melt testing (2-3 days per week each). A focus on day-to-day operations related to adhesive development for case and carton closing. Key Qualifications: A strong foundation in chemical handling and respiratory testing, including composting processes. Prior technician experience at 3M or a similar environment is highly valued. This is a 6 month contract to hire position, requires full-time onsite work (flexible with shift times) in Vadnais Heights.
