$21 - $24/hr. based on experience TEXAS LEHIGH CEMENT COMPANY - BUDA, TX Job Summary: Reporting directly to the Utility Supervisor, the utility operator is critical in supporting the plant needs by performing a combination of physically demanding duties in a professional, safe and efficient manner. Roles and Responsibilities: Performs general plant clean-up duties of plant and equipment using shovel, broom, hand tools, skid steer, motorized sweepers and vacuum trucks. Performs a variety of general housekeeping and facility maintenance including janitorial duties, painting, yard work, general carpentry, and building upkeep. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations following all Texas Lehigh Cement Company safety practices and standards. Participates in weekly safety toolbox talks.
