The Spirit Guide (Bartender) delivers food and beverage orders to guests according to Carriqui's specifications and standards, courteously and efficiently. S/he will assist in the maintenance of the bar/restaurant areas and equipment as well as be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient billing of guest charges and maintaining bar stocks and par levels. The food expo is responsible for orchestrating the pace and flow between the kitchen and the Front of the House. The expo is responsible for ensuring all food orders are garnished and plated according to the executive chef standards.
