Managers are respectful but often too busy for regular check-ins. Office environment is professional but lacks energy. It’s a refreshing change from previous employers and makes a huge difference in overall job satisfaction for many of us here. While we are all driven to succeed, there isn't a culture of working excessive hours. They’ve put thought into the layout, encouraging both collaboration and focused work. Communication is clear but somewhat infrequent.
