The Assistant Coach, Sailing will assist the Head Coach with the recruiting and development of a co-ed group of club athletes. Additional responsibilities include working with the team, as a student organization, to create and meet organizational goals in line with those of the University and PERD Club Sports program. Inventory and fleet management/maintenance is also required. In-season, the ideal candidate will be available to assist with at least two practices per week and attend one regatta each weekend, as coordinated with the Head Coach.
