Description About the role The Clinical Excellence Captain is responsible for the successful onboarding and training of new Optometrists and remediation efforts within their assigned area. A new Optometrist would include doctors hired externally, graduate doctors, doctors by integration or by internal transition or transfer. In addition, the Clinical Excellence Captain will maintain elevated clinical care in a well-run, high performing office. This role will report to the Market Clinical Manager, the duties of onboarding and training new Optometrists will be conducted on an as instructed/as needed basis by the Manager. You Will Be Responsible for executing the required onboarding and training plans for new Optometrists and remediation efforts as assigned. Follow and implement custom training agendas and training materials while onboarding new Optometrists, to include any required follow-up post training period.
