Greet patients as they arrive and leave our clinic in a friendly manner. The Front Desk/Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients in a professional manner; updating and verifying patient information, including obtaining patient ID/insurance information, processing copayments, and registering patients in the billing system; maintaining a smooth flow of communication between patient, provider, and clinical staff; handling scheduling inquiries; and providing other assistance as needed. Schedule: M-F 7:30-9am, 8 1/2 hour shift with 1/2 hour lunch What you will be doing Greet and check in patients in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Accurately enter/update/verify insurance information and patient demographics and work with several medical computer programs.
