Description Position Overview:The Individual Giving Manager, Museum Circle is responsible for the identification, solicitation, stewardship, and renewal of PAMM members in the $1,000 to $5,000 range. This position also assists the Director of Major Gifts with strategic planning for fundraising from individuals and acts as staff liaison for committees including the PAMM Art of the Party NextGen Committee, and the KIDS JAMM at PAMM Committee. Essential Functions include, but are not limited to: Manage PAMM's upper-level membership program (Museum Circle) and meet quarterly and yearly goals that include member household count and financial results. Develop and execute a comprehensive plan that engages current donors in a meaningful way and increases their annual financial support. Identify new donor and member prospects and bring them through the donor cycle (identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship).
