Seipp, Flick & Hosley LLP was established in 1995 as a civil litigation firm emphasizing product liability defense, premises liability and personal injury defense, commercial litigation, maritime and admiralty litigation, motor vehicle warranty and lemon law litigation, as well as estate and probate litigation. Our offices are strategically located throughout the state of Florida and in the Detroit, Michigan area to provide our clients great versatility. We are familiar with local judges and proficient with local rules, whether litigating in Miami, Orlando, Jacksonville, or in the Detroit Metropolitan area. The firm currently consists of twenty four attorneys and a dedicated staff of paralegals and secretaries utilizing state-of-the-art communications and production equipment. The firm, and many of the attorneys within the firm, have been awarded the prestigious AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell. We practice in the state and federal courts throughout the State of Florida, at both trial and appellate levels and in the State of Michigan. In addition, our attorneys have been admitted pro hac vice to appear as trial counsel or have served as coordinating counsel for clients in matters pending throughout the United States and its territories. We believe in a proactive approach to litigation, and pride ourselves on the results of our execution.
