ROLE: The responsibility of the Barback is to assist the Bartender with the following duties: - Provide friendly, courteous beverage preparation and service in accordance with established procedures. - Maintain cleanliness and porderliness of bar. - Prepare mixes and garnishes - Stock all glassware, condiments, beer paper products and other necessary items needed for efficient operation. - Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures.
