Essential Functions: The Estimator will assist the Estimating team in all aspects of the bid/estimating process from the review of plans and specifications, estimating material cost and craft labor productivity, soliciting and negotiating prices from subcontractors/suppliers through the completion of the bid/estimating effort for a variety of water/wastewater treatment and infrastructure projects.
