Position Summary/Essential Duties: This position provides financial guidance to the hospital leadership team, and financial support to the Vice President of Finance Operations. This position is responsible for analysis of financial and statistical operating financial performance, forecasts, annual budgeting, and strategic planning. This position will partner with Accounting, Revenue Cycle, HR/Recruitment, Strategic Planning, other Hospitals, Physician groups and Legal on various financial related activities including but not limited to contracts, business plans, key financial indicator reporting, value improvement processes, and compensation modeling/review.
