Job Description Job Description Club Manager Full Time; Exempt Job Summary The Club Manager will be responsible for proper management of all aspects of the Club’s sales, marketing, and day-to-day operations and activities. This person will supervise all department heads and work with teams to ensure excellent service is provided to members and guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing staff consisting of Assistant Managers, Member Service Representatives, Trainers and Custodians.
