This opportunity reports into the Chief Marketing Officer. The primary responsibility of the Executive Director is to supervise, day-to-day, the North American, UK, LATAM and other PR agencies for Atlantis, Paradise Island and to develop and implement overall communications strategy with both the in-house and exterior teams. The Director is also responsible for collaborating with the CMO on the PR strategy for the North American market as it relates to branding, visibility and ROI, both in established feeder markets and in developing markets. The Executive Director will be responsible for working with Brand Communications and Digital Marketing to strategize relevant marketing partnerships and will also be responsible for the operational aspects of the execution.
