Job Description Job Description Impact: As our Paralegal in our Employment Litigation department, you will work with our attorneys to help scale the firm’s employment practice, to service the ever-growing number of Californians who have been illegally discriminated against, harassed, unfairly compensated, subjected to a unfair hostile work environment and/or wrongfully terminated. Daily Tasks: Draft demand letters and discovery Witness interviews Create damage models for wage/hour cases Facilitate document production (hard copy and electronic formats) Management of litigation databases and support of electronic discovery processes Prepare, serve and follow up on subpoenas Assist at trial, including tracking exhibits and coordination of courtroom equipment to present electronic evidence and exhibits Strong working knowledge of E-discovery Management of cases from pre-litigation through settlement, with the support of a strong staff and advanced automated systems that optimize case effic
