Coworkers are generally dependable, and projects stay on schedule. Our collective efforts lead to successful project completions consistently every time. However, there's limited creativity or flexibility in daily work.

Supportive colleagues make work enjoyable. I feel proud seeing the physical results of my work. The diverse portfolio of projects – from commercial to infrastructure – means there's always something new to learn and apply. Management focuses on efficiency. Some sites have great leadership, others less so. I feel secure in my role and valued by the team. I’ve seen many apprentices develop into highly competent craftspeople thanks to this excellent program.

There are many opportunities for career development, and safety protocols are strictly enforced. Advanced learning opportunities are less frequent, and internal communication could improve. Teamwork is good, though leadership can be distant.
